ALTXORRAREN BILA ETA GUZTI

Otsailak 11- 15eko astean, 4. mailako ikaslegoak Nafarroako Liburutegira irteera egin zuten. Gela bakoitza, liburutegi publikora bisitan goiz ezberdin batean hurreratu zen, 4.C-ko ikasleak irteeran lehenak izanik.

Astelehen hartan, otsailaren 11n, zentrotik goiz irten izan ginen Nafarroako Liburutegira bidean villavesa hartzeko asmoz. Noizbehinka harrapatzen gintuen euriak eta haizeteak ez zigun tren geltokira heltzea galarazi. Geltokian autobusera igo eta jarraian, liburutegiraino eraman gintuen.

Behin hara helduta langilea zain geneukan, elkarrekin Haurrentzako gelara barruratzeko nahiaz. Bertan, langileak ikasleei liburu prestaketaren inguruan azalpenak eman zizkien eta liburuen antolaketari buruz solasaldi polita partekatu zuten. Bisita iraun bitartean, ekintza ezberdinetan parte hartu zutelarik, hala nola, “altxorraren bilaketan”, “katalogoen digitalean liburuen bilaketan”, etab.

Altxorraren bilaketan” pirata batek liburutegian gaua pasatu izan zuen eta nor izan ote zen miatzeko laguntza eskatu ziguten. Guk, beraz, gure laguntza eman izan genien eta horrenbeste jokoan murgildu ginen, pirata topatzea lortu genuela. Barbanegra!

Amaieran, ekintza guztiak bukatutzat eman ostean, oraindik ere ikasleek irakurketaz disfrutatzeko aukera izan zuten, baita norbere kuriositatea sustatzekoa ere. Genero ezberdinak, marrazkiak, izenburuak eta txoko ezberdinak miatu zituzten. Irakurketa pertsonalerako izandako denbora hainbeste gozatu zuten, gehiengoa liburutegitik penatuta joan izan zela. Hala ere, oroitzapen ederra dugu hango guztiaz!

TREASURE HUNT INCLUDED

Last week, from February 11th to 15th, the students of the 4th grade carried out a visit to the Navarra’s Library. Each class attended the library on a different day, being the students of the class 4C the first ones.

On Monday, February 11th, we departed early morning from the school with the aim of taking the villavesa. The rainy and windy day did not prevent us from walking to the train station, where we took the bus to the library.

Once there, a worker showed us the infant room, where she explained the organisation and the mechanism of book lending. The students participated in different activities such as “the treasure hunt”, “searching for books within the digital catalogue”, etc.

Concerning the “treasure hunt”, they informed us that the previous night a pirate had slept in the library, and we were requested to help identifying who the pirate was. We got totally involved and finally succeeded in finding out such pirate. Barbanegra!

In addition, after finalizing the different activities, we still had time to enjoy a reading time and foster the curiosity with books, by exploring the different genres, pictures, titles and all corners of the room. The students enjoyed such reading time so much that afterwards they even left the library slightly saddened. Nevertheless, we will have a great memories of all this!

Prestaketa lanetan ohikoak diren nerbioak atzean utzita iritsi ginen egun handira eta inauterietako gure lehen festa zinez gozatu genuen pasa den martxoaren lehenean. Musika eta dantza lagun, auzoa txokorik txoko bisitatu genuen countryz mozorrotuta eta hainbesteko emozioei neurria hartzeko, ogitarteko erraldoia jan genuen hamaiketarako.

Oporretatik bueltan, musikaren inguruko gure ikerketekin buru belarri dihardugu, deskubrimendu berri ororekin gozatuz.

Laster arte!

Last March 1st., we celebrated our first carnival festival! With our country costumes, we crossed the neighborhood in an amazing parade. After that, we enjoyed the show that our classmates performed, listened to a lot of types of music, dance and song.As a culmination, we have delicious sandwiches with our friends.

HUMAN BODY

The students of year 5 have developed a project on the human body during this course that culminates in the exhibition of the models that we have made and you are invited to visit it.

A lot of models have been made with recycling material, which is one of the strong points in our school, because as you already know, we have managed to integrate recycling into our daily lives as an important part of the learning process .

Everything in our school has the possibility of becoming something new and valuable, which brings (creativity, care of the environment through the reduction of the impact of the ecological footprint and the consumption that causes so many inequalities).

We have worked hard and with enthusiasm and we hope you like it.

“Bienvenidas, Ongi etorri, Welcome”

4. mailako irakaslegoak aste honetan Xabiren bisita jaso du, “Iruñea harrera-hiria” plataformaren kidearena. Abdulek, “Errefuxituak martxan” gobernuz kanpoko erakundeko kideak, lagundu izan dio gure ikastetxera. Horiekin batera esperientzia hezigarria eta aberasgarria elkarbanatu izan dugu irakasleok, gaur egungo testuinguru migratzailearen inguruan eta errefuxiatuekiko zein migratzaileekiko betetzen dituzten eginkizu

Topaketa honetan, Abdulen, errefuxiatu siriar baten, testigantza lehenengo eskutik jaso ahal izan dugu. Pertsona hauek jasan izan dituzten eta jasaten dituzten zailtasunez ohartarazi gaitu, bere errealitatea, askorena dena, guregana gerturatuz. Norbere burua bere etxetik ihes egitera behartuta ikusten duenarena, senideak eta lagunak urrun dituenarena, ogibide zuena alde batera utziz eta babesgabeturik beste herrialde batean lurreratuz. Askoren egia den errealitate hutsa lehenengo pertsonan jasoa. Kontzientzia har dezagun zenbat traba, zenbat oztopo izan dituzten dauden lekura heldu izan diren arte, baina … eta behin hona heltzen direla? Noizbait ardura izan dugu pertsona hauek egunez egun bizi beharreko baldintzetan pentsatzeko? Aurre egin beharreko zailtasunetan erreparatzeko? Hizkuntza, lanbidea, ikasketak … Lerro hauen bidez irakurleoi transmititu nahi dizkizuegun hausnarketak dira.

2016. ikasturtean, Buztintxuriko ikasleek San Fermineko Kartelan irabazitako saria “Iruñea, harrera-hiria” plataformari eman zioten. Ikasleriaren keinua ikusirik, trukean gure ikastetxera bisitan etorriko ziren hitza eman zuten. Orduantxe jaio zen gure ateetaraino ekarri zien lotura eta harreman estua. Hitza eman eta etortzeaz gain, eurekin “Bienvenidas, Ongi etorri, Welcome” erakusketa eleanitza ekarri dute. Martxoaren 11ra arte edonork ikusteko eskainia egon da.

10 panelek osaturiko erakusketa. Gizartearen formazioa eta kontzientziazioa erronkatzat duen tresna. Munduan milioika pertsonek lekualdatzera behartuta sentitzen diren arrazoiak ikasleekin lantzeko, baita gauzatzen diren politika arrazistak ere.

Hauek dira 4. mailako ikasleei zuzenduriko bi proposamenak, gainerako hezkuntza- komunitatean lantzekoak.

Azkenik, irakasleok jasotako gertutasuna eta tratu atsegina eskertu nahiko genuke.

“Bienvenidas, Ongi etorri, Welcome”

This week, Xabi, a member of the plataform “Iruña, ciudad de acogida- Iruñea harrera hiria” and Abdul,  a member of the NGO “Personas Refugiadas en acción- Errefuxiatuak martxan”, have visited the 4th grade teachers. They have shared with us their point of view about the nowadays migratory context and the work that they do with migrants and refugees. It has been a very rewarding and educational experience.

In this training meeting, we have heard firsthand the personal experience of a syrian refugee, Abdul. He explained us the difficulty of fleeing from their homes, of separating from their family and friends, leaving their things and jobs behind and landing in a new country completely unprotected and vulnerable. There are plenty of obstacles and difficulties to arrive to the place where they are now, but… What happens when they finally are here? Have we ever wondered about the new difficulties that they have to confront here? Are the refugee reception programs coherent? And many other questions that maybe we should be worried about…

Since 2016, when the students of Buztintxuri donated the San Fermín poster award to the citizens initiative “Iruña, ciudad de acogida- Iruñea harrera- hiria”, they committed themselves to visit our centre and born this relationship that finally brought them to us. Fulfilling their promise to visit the school; they have not only shared their own experiences and realities but also, they have offered us the trilingual exhibition “Bienvenidas, Ongi etorri, Welcome”. This exhibition has been open to the entire educational community until 11th of March.

The exhibition is equipped of 10 sheets as a training and awareness. It is a tool to work with our students on the reasons that cause the forced movements of millions of people in the world and racist policies. Two proposals addressed to 4th year students, but also, to work in the entire educational community.

Last but not least, we would like to state the very close treatment we have received and how rewarding it has been.

2. MAILAKO IKASLEAK INAUTERIAK DISFRUTATZEN

Aurreko martxoaren 1-ean 2. Mailako ikasleak, eskolako beste lagun guztiekin batera inauterietako festaz disfrutatu genuen. Egun zoragarria izan zen eta emozio ezberdinak izan genituen. Egun berezi bat zela jakinda ailegatu ginen gelara, horregatik, korrika eta presaka mozorroak bukatzen eta aurpegiak margotzen hasi ginen, denok nahi baikenuen lagunekin mozorroak komentatu eta argazkiak atera.

Gero, kalejira egitera atera ginen gure auzoko kaleetatik. Egiten zuen tenperaturagatik hotza genuen baina aldi berean bero handia sentitzen genuen gure gorputzetan, egin beharreko dantza buruan izanda poztasun eta urduritasun handia sentitzen genuelako. Kalejira oso momentu polita izan zen, asko disfrutatu genuen lan handiz egindako mozorroak erakusten; Neurtzen, mozten eta grapatzen gure Reggae koloretako txanoa egin genuen, trentzak egiten ikasi genuen eta kolore ezberdinekin, oso dibertigarriak gelditu zitzaizkigun kamisetak margotu genituen. Margotzerakoan, gela asko zikindu genuen baina aldi berean esperientzia ikaragarria izan zen!

Haur hezkuntzako eta 1.Mailakoen dantzak ikusi ostean, gure momentutxoa ailegatu zen. Hankak dardarka genituen, batzuk leku guztietara korrika egiten genuen urduritasuna kentzeko nahian, beste batzuk oihuka ibiltzen ginen tentsioa kentzeko saiakeran eta azkenean, gure ahalegin guztiekin, hainbestetan entsaiatutako dantza egin genuen. Oso pozik atera ginen baina bideoa ikusita zuen iritzia atera dezakezue! Disfrutatu guk egin genuen bezala!

Hemen duzue gure dantzaren bideoa ikusgai:

INAUTERIAK BADATOZ ETA GU ERE FESTAN MURGILTZEN ARI GARA!

Nafarroak historian zehar inauteriekin lotura zuzena izan du eta duela urte askotik hona elementu asko gorde dira. Horrenbestez, lurralde honek jaialdi honekin duen lotura oso garrantzitsua izan da.

Nafarroako inauteriak oso anitzak dira eta hori ikus daiteke, lurraldearen iparraldetik hegoaldera festa hauek ospatzeko hamaika modurekin. Baina, hau da herri kultura aberasten duena.

Honen harira, A ereduko 4º mailako ikasleok Nafarroako inauterien inguruan asko ikasten ari gara. Ikusi dugu Nafarroan herri ezberdin askotan lantzen direla inauteriak eta hauetako bakoitzak bere berezitasuna duela ere konturatu gara.

Informazioa aurkitu ostean, taldeka herri ezberdin bakoitzari buruzko aurkezpenak egin ditugu eta bakoitzari dagokion inauterietako pertsonaia zein den eta zer egiten duen ikasi dugu. Asko gustatu zaigu Nafarroako kulturaz gehiago ikastea eta gainera pertsonaia berri asko ezagutu ditugu.

Liburutegira irteera

Our students went on a excursion last January16 to visit the Public Library in Pamplona. In that excursion we had the chance to visit the Public Market situated behind the Town Hall and the Ecologic Farm, acces by Jarauta Street, Pellejerías Corner in the Old Town.

Students in the Ecologic farm.

We left the school early in the morning to take the bus. Our first stop was the Ecologic Farm where we spend about an hour watching the fantastic work that a group of people called “La Piparrika” has done in this place. We got lucky because one of the members of this society was there and he was very kind and friendly to explain a lot of interesting facts about it.

He told us how this projetc began and how they take care of it. In this Ecologic and Community Farm we can find different types of vegetables such as lettuces, carrots, onions, radihses, pilgrim pumpkins, beetroots, etc.

Also there are medicinal plants, and some terraces with grapevines. In the center of the square there is a rotational terrace with different cultivation.

After the visit we had a snack to continue our excursion to the Library.

Reading books.

When we got there one of the workers was waiting for us. And took us to one of the rooms destinated to kids. In this room, our students had the opportunity to watch different types of books, stay in contact with them, and we had a storyteller time. We spent about one hour learning the benefits or reading books, which to me was one of the main goals fo this excursion to the Library. We were telling them that reading is fun, reading develops child’s imagination, improves vocabulary and language skills, on one hand, reading exercises our brain. On the other hand, improves concentration, and reading books with children helps to develop empathy.

So, I see lots of benefits of reading books and that is what I try to teach my students.

After that we went to visit the Market. It was a quick visit because we had to go to have lunch to the old Bus Station where we had a lot of fun.

Once we finished to have lunch and play in the park, we took the bus to come back to school.

It was a great day, specially for our students, who had such a wonderful experience going to downtown Pamplona to visit Public Library, Market and Ecologic Farm.

Watching the fantastic work.
