Durante estos días especiales, nosotros/as también hemos aprendido qué es COVID-19, y vamos viendo que va enfermando mucha gente. Y con la intención de animarlos, hemos creado un montón de obras de arte, son nuestros regalitos.

!Sí, sí!!! hemos elaborado con muchísima alegría e ilusión estos trabajos y los hemos enviado a las personas que están enfermas en el  Hospital.

Hemos recibido la respuesta de agradecimiento de médicos/as y enfermeros/as, y como ellos/as nos han dicho: «ESTAS OBRAS ARTÍSTICAS NOS LLENAN DE VIDA Y DE GANAS DE VIVIR».

LES ENVIAMOS MUCHO ÁNIMO A TODOS/AS, Y DESEAMOS QUE SE CUREN MUY MUY PRONTO.

During these exceptional days, we have learnt what the COVID-19 is. Trying to encourage people infected with this virus, we made some presents for them!

Look how beautiful our artworks are!

After creating them with all our love and desire, we sent the artworks to the patients of the hospital.

Some days later, we received the answer from the nurses and doctors. They were extremely grateful!

Hoy comenzamos con la séptima semana de confinamiento. Estamos super contentos por que esta semana por fin podemos salir a la calle. ¡Pero cumpliendo las normas que nos han dicho los aitatxos y las amatxos!

Todos los lunes y jueves realizamos una videollamada, para vernos las caras, saber que todos estamos bien, explicar las tareas que tenemos que hacer durante la semana, …

Este lunes ha sido super emocionante contar nuestra primera salida a la calle después de mucho tiempo. En la videollamada hemos contado lo que hemos hecho en esta pequeña salidita (andar con los patines, andar con la bici, …). Pero también hemos recordado que normas tenemos que seguir (1 adulto con máximo tres niños, 1m. de seguridad, 1 hora en la calle, no tocar ningún objeto, …).

También, hemos empezado a preparar PaseArte. Este año será diferente, ya que no vamos a poder realizar la exposición que solíamos hacer en años anteriores. Pero este año, haremos un PaseArte online.

Aprovechando que estamos trabajando los animales, la propuesta que vamos a presentar en PaseArte online irá ligada a los animales.

¡Como podéis ver tenemos grandes artistas en clase!

WE ARE ENJOYING TO GO OUT TO STREET AND PREPARE PASEARTE

We reach the seventh week staying at home. We are very happy because we are allowed to go out to street. But we have to observe the rules!

Every Monday and Thursday we have have a video call to see each other, to know everybody is fine, to explain the works to do along the week.

This Monday was thrilling to speak about our first walk out. At the video call we told others what we did at the outing ( skate, ride a bike). But we also recalled the rules (maximum one adult with three children, 1 metre security distance, one hour, do not touch object along the street).

We also began preparing PaseArte. This year’s exposition will be different because we cannot do the same as other years. We will have an online PaseArte exhibition.

As we are learning about animals, we will show works related to that topic on PaseArte online exposition.

As you can see, there are many artists in this class!!!

Los alumnos de 2.A, a pesar de que estamos en casa, seguimos trabajando a tope!! Trabajamos todas las asignaturas, y además, también hacemos retos y experimentos (o al menos lo intentamos…). Cuando estábamos en la escuela, siempre le hemos dado al txoko de Arte la importancia que le corresponde, pero en este confinamiento, el Arte ha cobrado una importancia muy relevante.

Podemos decir, que cuando estamos tristes, el Arte es capaz de cambiar nuestro estado de ánimo, así como de reducir el estrés que sentimos a veces. En definitiva, el Arte nos hace sentir mejor. Por eso, queremos compartir con vosotr@s las obras de arte y manualidades que hemos realizado estos días desde nuestras casa.

2.A students, despite of being at home, we continue working. As in the school, we work in all areas and we carry out different experiments and challenges. Sometimes we succeed and sometimes we fail.  When we were in school, we gave importance to the Art Corner, but in this confinement art has taken on special importance.

In fact, if we are sad, art is able to change our mood, as well as reduce our stress. Art makes us feel better. That’s why we want to share with you our home-made artworks. 

Ya hemos llegado a la sexta semana que tenemos que estar en casa y por lo tanto en 2.B estamos trabajando desde casa. Todas las semanas estamos haciendo diferentes propuestas y entre ellas estamos trabajando en el proyecto de las galaxias. Sí, nos hemos sumergido en el mundo de los planetas y las galaxias durante estas semanas, haciendo diferentes viajes.

Por eso, en primer lugar hicimos nuestros cohetes para llegar como es debido al espacio. ¿Pero nuestro cohete con qué se encontraría? ¿Por dónde andaríamos? Antes de empezar nos hicimos muchas preguntas y enseguida nos pusimos a trabajar. Para ello, en primer lugar con una canción de Ene Kantak aprendimos el orden y el nombre de todos los planetas.

Por lo tanto, por ahora hemos analizado el sistema solar en su totalidad y hemos aprendido cosas curiosas sobre el sol y la luna. Por ejemplo, hemos aprendido hace cuantos años se creó el sol, que periodo de vida tiene y demás. Sobre la luna, hemos investigado porque vemos de diferentes formas algunas veces, analizando las fases.

Pero, nuestro viaje sobre los planetas y las galaxias sigue adelante, haciendo diferentes paradas y hemos llegado a la próxima estación, precisamente a la Tierra y a ver que nos depara.

We have reached the sixth week staying at home so 2.B students are learning from our homes. Every week we work on new proposals among which one of the most interesting is the project about galaxies. Yes, for last weeks we buried ourselves in the world of the galaxy and planets, going along different trips week by week. 

First step was to create our own rockets to reach space properly. But what would our rocket find? Where would we travel through? We asked ourselves many questions before starting and immediately after we started working hard. Therefore, we learned the planets’ names in their order singing Ene Kantak song. 

 For that reason, we have analysed the whole solar system and learned curious information about the sun and the moon. We have learned, for example, how long ago the sun was created, its estimated lifetime and so on. Concerning the moon, we analysed why do we see it having different shapes, learning about its phases. 

But our trip around planets and galaxies still continues, having several stops and arriving to the next one: the Earth. Let’s see what we learn about it. 

Durante el mes de febrero el alumnado de 5º de primaria ha participado en una actividad muy bonita plantando varios árboles frutales en el colegio.

            En esta actividad han colaborado numerosas personas y colectivos, desde la comisión de escuelas solidarias y la de la huerta, que han sido las organizadoras de la actividad hasta la asociación Lantxotegui pasando por familias de los alumnos y alumnas del centro escolar y por supuesto los niños y niñas.

            Antes de ponernos a plantar árboles, hicimos una investigación por grupos para averiguar qué árboles eran los mas adecuados para plantar, cual era la mejor época para plantarlos, cómo debía ser el suelo, cómo había que hacer el agujero, cómo se plantaba el árbol y qué cuidados requerirá una vez plantado. Tras la investigación, los grupos pusieron en común el material y rellenaron una hoja contestando a todas estas cuestiones.

            Después de haber aprendido la teoría acerca de la plantación de árboles frutales fue el momento de ponerse manos a la obra. Poco a poco y por grupos, todo el alumnado de 5º de primaria fue acudiendo a plantar un árbol con la ayuda de los estudiantes de Lantxotegui y después de que los familiares voluntarios hubiesen excavado los agujeros.

            Todos disfrutamos mucho de esta actividad en la que pusimos en práctica los conocimientos aprendidos en clase llevando a cabo una actividad muy divertida a la par que útil, ya que plantar un árbol es siempre una buena noticia.

            A partir de ahora, y en cuanto esta pandemia que afecta al mundo entero y que está poniendo a prueba a la toda humanidad nos dé un respiro, será el momento de cuidar los árboles y observar los cambios que en ellos se producen a lo largo de las estaciones.

PLANTING FRUIT TRESS AT SCHOOL

The Year 5 students have been participating in a very beautiful activity about planting trees at school during February.

            A lot of people and collectives have been participating in this activity, the Solidary Schools and the Garden Commisions who organised this activity, the students families,  the Lantxitegui Association and of course, the school chlidren.

            Before starting to plant the trees, the children carried out a group investigation about trees: what were the best trees to plant, what was the best time to plant them, how the soil should be, how to make the hole, how to plant the tree and how look after them once planted. After the investigation, the groups discussed and filled in a paper answering all these issues.

            After having learnt the theory about fruit tree planting it was time to get on with it. Little by little and in groups, all year 5 students went to plant a tree in the wholes made by children relatives volunteers and with the help of some Lantxotegui students.

            We all enjoyed this activity so much .We put into practice all the knowledge learnt in class carrying out a very enternatining and useful activity becouse planting a tree is always good news.

            From now on, and when this worldwide pandemic that is challenging the whole humanity, gives us a break, it will be time to take care of the trees and observe the their changes throughout the seasons.
