IKASTURTE HASIERA POLITA BEZAIN GOGORRA IZAN ZEN. Izaera handiko talde bat gara eta uda izugarri luzea izan zen. Horrenbeste denbora igarota, hitz egiteko, mugitzeko, jolasteko, korrika egiteko gehiegizko gogoa eta beharra genuen.

 

Hau horrela, lehenengo ebaluaketan AUTOERREGULAZIO eta AUTOKONTROLEAN egin behar izan dugu lan eta hori da testu labur honetan erakutsi nahi dizueguna. Guretzat oso baliagarria izan da eta horregatik partekatu nahi dugu zuekin, zuei ere baliagarriak izango zaizkizuelakoan, guk egin ditugunak, honako hauek dira. Azken finean, edozein tokietan egitek aproposak dira, etxean ere lasaitasuna behar baduzue, lasai asko egin ditzakezue:

 

• Masajeak egin dizkiogu elkarri, binaka edo lerroan (kax-kax oskola abestia erabiliz)
• Musika lasai bat jarri, eskuak indarrez estutu (10 segunduz), onodren, poliki poliki askatu, arreta guztia mugimendu horri eskainiz.
• “Sa Ta Na Ma” mantra ikasi eta egin dugu
• Atentzioa lantzeko urez betetako ontzia elkarri pasa

El inicio de curso fue especial, bonito y duro a partes iguales. Somos un grupo con mucho carácter y el verano fue mucho más largo de lo que nos habría gustado. Después de tanto tiempo volvimos con muchísima necesidad de hablar, movernos, jugar, correr…

 

Es por eso que a lo largo de la primera evaluación hemos tenido que trabajar la AUTORREGULACIÓN y el AUTOCONTROL y es eso lo que queremos compartir con vosotros/as. Esperamos que os resulten útiles, ya que son actividades que tranquilamente se pueden hacer en casa: 

 

• Masajes por parejas o en fila (utilizando la canción de “Kax-Kax Oskola”
• Poner una música tranquila, estrechar la mano con fuerza (10 segundos), después, soltar despacio prestando toda la atención a este movimiento.
• Hemos aprendido y realizado el mantra de Sa-Ta-Na-Ma
• Para practicar la atención plena hemos pasado un recipìente lleno de agua.

The beginning of the school year was equally special, beautiful and hard. We are a group with a lot of character and summer was longer than we would have expected. After all this time we came back with the need to talk, move, play, run…

 

That is why, throughout the first evaluation we had to work on SELF-REGULATION and AUTOCONTROL. These activities have been very helpful for us and that is why we want to share them with all of you. We hope you find them useful, as they are activities that can quietly be done at home:

 

• Massages in pairs or in a row (using «Kax-Kax Oskola» song)
• Listen to quiet music, close hands tightly (10 seconds), then release slowly paying all attention to this movement.
• We have learned and performed Sa-Ta-Na-Ma’s mantra.
• For practicing mindfulness we have slowly passed a recipient full of water.

 

Este curso la llegada del invierno y la celebración de Olentzero ha sido algo diferente a la de otro años para el alumnado de 4º, 5º y 6º. Debido a la pandemia que vivimos no ha sido posible realizar el concurso de pintxos, pero en 5º hemos investigado cómo se celebra La Navidad en distintos países del mundo.

En 5º D aprendimos cómo se celebra en Ucrania. Primero buscamos información, la pusimos en común y realizamos unos murales a modo de información para exponerla en el pasillo.

Descubrimos que en Ucrania hay una curiosa tradición que consiste en colocar telarañas en el árbol de navidad junto al resto de elementos decorativos.Además de luces, bolas y guirnaldas, cubren el árbol con una telaraña y esconden una araña entre las ramas. Ambas, lógicamente, de mentira.

 

Esta costumbre tiene su punto de partida en el Siglo XIX y cuenta una leyenda popular que una pobre viuda con hijos pequeños y sin dinero para comprar los adornos con los que engalanar el árbol, cogió cosas que tenía por la casa, como nueces y frutas, y con ellas adornó un árbol que había frente a la cabaña en la que vivían. Durante la noche, un grupo de arañas tejió, según la leyenda, una gigantesca telaraña que cubría todo el árbol. Al amanecer se convirtió en hilos de oro y plata.

 

La experiencia fue divertida y ASÍ DE BONITO QUEDÓ NUESTRO ÁRBOL NAVIDEÑO UCRANIANO.

                                                   

CHRISTMAS IN UKRAINE

This year the arrival of winter and the celebration of Olentzero has been different for the students of 4th, 5th and 6th grade. Due to the pandemic, it has not been possible to celebrate the pintxo’s competition, but our 5th grade students have investigated about how Christmas is celebrated in different countries of the world.

In 5ºD we have investigated how Christmas is celebrated in Ukraine. First, we looked for information, we share it with our classmates and finally, we created some posters and we decorated the corridor with them.

We discovered that in Ukraine there is a curious tradition that consists of decorating the Christmas tree with spider webs. In addition to lights, balls and garlands, they cover the tree with a web and hide a spider between the branches. Both, logically, are fake.

 

 

 

 

This tradition began in the 19th century. Legend says that a long time ago, there was a poor wide that lived with her kids. The family was poor and even though they had a Christmas tree, they couldn’t afford to decorate it with ornaments for Christmas. The family decorated their tree with nuts and fruits. The spiders in the hut heard the sobs of the children and created beautiful webs on the Christmas tree, decorating it with elegant silky patterns. At sunrise the Christmas tree was turned into gold and silver threads.

We loved the legend and we began to prepare the spiders and the tree. The experience was fun and THAT’S HOW BEAUTIFUL OUR UKRAINE CHRISTMAS TREE WAS.

 

 

GABONAK,  UKRAINIAN 

 

Ikasturte honetan neguaren etorrera eta Olentzeroren ospakizuna desberdina izan da 4., 5. eta 6. mailako ikasleentzat. Bizi dugun pandemia dela eta, ezinezkoa izan da pintxo lehiaketa egitea, baina 5. mailan Gabonak munduko hainbat herrialdetan nola ospatzen diren ikertu dugu.

5.D mailan Ukrainian nola ospatzen den ikasi genuen. Lehenik eta behin, informazioa bilatu, partekatu eta horma-irudi batzuk egin genituen informazio gisa, korridorean erakusteko.

 

 

Ukrainan tradizio bitxia dago: armiarma-sareak jartzen dira gabonetako zuhaitzean, gainerako elementu apaingarrien ondoan. Argiak, bolak eta girlandak ez ezik, armiarma sare batez estaltzen dute zuhaitza, eta armiarma bat ezkutatzen dute adarren artean. Biak, jakina, gezurrezkoak.

 

Ohitura horrek XIX. mendean du abiapuntua, eta herri-elezahar bat kontatzen du: seme-alaba txikiak dituen alargun gaixo batek, zuhaitza apaintzeko apaingarriak erosteko dirurik ez duenak, etxeagatik zituen gauzak hartu zituen, hala nola intxaurrak eta frutak, eta, horiekin, bizi ziren etxolaren aurrean zegoen zuhaitz bat apaindu zuen. Esperientzia dibertigarria izan zen, eta horrela geratu zen gure Eguberrietako zuhaitz ukrainarra.

Elezaharra izugarri gustatu zitzaigun eta armiarmak eta zuhaitza prestatzen hasi ginen.
